How does the FREE trial class work?
Everyone is welcome to try one class for free. If you register and fail to attend, without giving us at least one hour’s notice, we consider that you have used your free class.

What’s the minimum I can sign my child up for?
1 month is the minimum duration. 

How much is the Registration/ Uniform fee?
This is 400,000 Rp and includes:
1 x Little Ballers FC T-shirt
1 x Little Ballers FC shorts

How much does each class work out to be and when should I pay?

NON-INDONESIAN CITIZENS
FIRST PAYMENT IS 900,000 Rp (REGISTRATION FEE 400,000 + ONE MONTH 500,000)
The price per class is 115,385 Rp (500,000 Rp x 12 (months) divided by 52 (weeks) equals the price per class). You will be charged 500,000 Rp monthly and the date will be one month from the anniversary of your 1st paid class. This cannot be altered, unfortunately. 
Example: If you start on the 8th of January your billing date will always be the 8th of each month. 

INDONESIAN CITIZENS (KITAS holders are not included)
FIRST PAYMENT IS 800,000 RP (REGISTRATION FEE 400,000 + ONE MONTH 400,000)
The price per class is 92,307 Rp (400,000 Rp x 12 (months) divided by 52 (weeks) equals the price per class). You will be charged 400,000 Rp monthly and the date will be one month from the anniversary of your 1st paid class. This cannot be altered, unfortunately.

What are the payment methods?
Bank transfer (preferred) or through this website.

When will my child receive their football kit?
After signing-up (and your Uniform/ Registration and Monthly fee has been paid) our team can send you a kit via GoJek (the delivery fee should be paid in cash on arrival), or you can collect it at your next class.

What footwear is appropriate for Little Ballers FC classes?
Trainers/ sneakers/ comfy shoes are suitable for both indoor and outdoor classes. You are not required to buy any special boots or football shoes for Little Ballers FC sessions (although they are beneficial).

Do I need to buy another Uniform when my Child outgrows it or moves into an older class?
No, you are under no obligation to do this. If you would like to: 
New T-shirt is 250,000 Rp 
New Shorts are 150,000 Rp

How do we move up to older Little Ballers FC age groups?
Have a chat with our coaches to see if your child is ready to move up. If so, drop us an e-mail or Whatsapp message (subject to availability). 

What happens if my child misses a class?
As overheads remain the same regardless of attendance, classes are non-refundable when missed. Unfortunately, you can only attend the class which your child is registered for.

What happens when I go on Holiday?
If you want to keep your place in the class, you should keep your membership active. If you decide to leave the program, you can rejoin in the future (subject to availability) - RETURNING CHILDREN WILL NOT BE CHARGED A UNIFORM/ REGISTRATION FEE AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A KIT.

Do I still have to pay for classes if Little Ballers FC are closed?
We will refund planned holiday classes the following month. 
Example: We will be closed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year 23/12/24 - 06/01/25, a refund will be given for those classes at the beginning of your next billing month.

Do Little Ballers FC classes run all year round?
Weekend classes operate all year round, apart from a selected few calendar dates (Nyepi/ Easter/ 2 weeks over Christmas + New Year). Our weekday sessions operate all year round apart from 2 weeks over Christmas + New Year.
